Hatha Yoga is a mindful, lightly flowing class that builds strength, flexibility and breath work. Luann teaches an alignment-based flow – using breath to link the poses together. It is important to build strength and balance, as well as the flexibility that yoga is known for. All skill levels are welcome at this class so come and meet some nice folks who have realized the value of a yoga practice in their lives.

Registration note: all Hatha Yoga session registration closes at 3:30 pm the Friday previous to the first class of the session.

Session 2: Nov. 7 – Dec. 19 | 7 classes | no class on Halloween, Oct. 31 | $70 for members, $105 for non-members
