Apply to join our annual outdoor market on Neighbour Day! Booths are free and it’s going be a great celebration of community and comradery. The TGCA is planning a few activities for the event -like a free lunch, live music, educational wildlife presentations, and a food truck- so it’s going to be a great opportunity to sell your wares to local residents.

Fee: As a neighbourly gesture from the TGCA, registration for vendors at our Neighbour Day outdoor market is free!

Event date and time: Saturday, June 21, 11 am – 3 pm.

Application period: May 8 – June 9, see details below

If the forecast calls for pouring rain/drastically bad weather all day, we will move the event indoors to our main hall gymnasium.

Vendors will need to arrive between 9:30 – 10:30 am for the 11 am start to the event and stay until 3 pm at which time we will begin breaking down and packing up.

To participate, vendors will need:
• A 10’ x 10’ shelter tent (vendors must have a tent to participate in this market)
• Any shelves you may want for display
• Your own chairs
• Your wonderful products
• A method of taking payment
• Any snacks or refreshments you may want

What The TGCA will provide:
• 1 or 2 3’ x 6’ tables
• A 10 ‘ x 20’ stall in our SW parking lot
• A parking spot on the east side of the building
• An ATM, restaurant and bathrooms on site
• A listing for your booth on our event info page
• Approx. 250 – 400 visitors
• Sorry, no power provided outdoors
• Sorry, no wifi outdoors

Please note the TGCA is not accepting applications from mobile food vendors with the exception of food trucks.
