Apply to join our annual outdoor market on Neighbour Day! Booths are free and it’s always a great celebration of community and comradery. The TGCA is planning quite a few activities -like a free lunch, live music and a food truck- for the event so it’s going to be a great opportunity to sell your wares to local residents.
We’re going to allow 25 vendors into this small market and the community loves our events, so get your application in to us ASAP.
Event date and time: Saturday, June 15, 11 am – 3 pm.
If the forecast calls for pouring rain/drastically bad weather all day, we will move the event indoors to our main hall gymnasium.
Vendors will need to arrive between 9:30 – 10:30 am for the 11 am start to the event and stay until 3 pm at which time we will begin breaking down and packing up the event.
To participate, vendors will need:
- A 10’ x 10’ shelter tent (REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Any shelves you may want for display
- Your own chairs
- Your wonderful products
- A method of taking payment
- Any snacks or refreshment you may want
What The TGCA will provide:
- 1 or 2 3’ x 6’ tables
- A 10 ‘ x 20’ stall in our SW parking lot
- A parking spot on the east side of the building
- An ATM, restaurant and bathrooms on site
- A listing for your booth on our event info page
- Advertising in the neighbourhood
- 250 – 400 visitors
