TGCA has had the opportunity to meet with representatives of the owner for the proposed Land Use Amendment for the properties located at 5408, 5412 Centre Street N & 98 Thorncrest Road NE (LOC2025-0059). See City of Calgary Dmap listing here. 

The architectural team would like to engage with adjacent residents and the broader community on proposed concepts under consideration along Centre Street. This will be an exploratory, informal discussion to share some initial thinking on designs and allow residents to ask questions and provide their input. Please note, no final decisions have been made on the development, and this discussion will help inform future plans for the site.
