The TGCA Community Garden Committee is in desperate need of 6-8 volunteers on Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23 from 9 – 11 am in the community garden (south side of the TGCA beside the playground).
The tasks are filling in the remaining garden boxes on Saturday and digging out sod on Sunday. If you’re able to lift a substantial amount and aren’t afraid of a bit of soil, we could really use your help!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Work or gardening gloves
- Sun protection (it’s going to be a beautiful weekend!)
- Water bottle (there’s a fountain in the main lobby)
- If you have a shovel, please bring it
- If you have a wheelbarrow, please bring it
