Additional rental items for events
These items are available on a first come first served basis for confirmed bookings
You may not want to use the tables that we supply with the rental – folding 3’ x 6’ tables – and we’ve got round tables that you can rent. We have 50 in total available, and they can seat up to 8 comfortably. The TGCA does not provide table clothes.
5’ round tables: $8.50 each + GST
Coffee Urns – serves approximately 100 cups
Events – We will provide an urn for the use of the renter in either the main hall or the Thorncliffe room free of charge, but the renter must provide the coffee and supplies needed.
Larger meetings – We will provide an urn of coffee and all the associated supplies for large meetings for $100 + GST.
The TGCA has two podiums that we can offer for your event or meeting free of charge.
Complimentary with booking
Suitable for small to medium sized meetings, we have a small sound system, microphone and stand that you can use to reach those back rows. The PA has regular aux ins and outs for sound, and is not suitable as a stereo for a musical event.
PA Speaker & Microphone: $50 + GST
Power Box, an additional 8 circuits
Often used for concerts, food fairs or in the parking lot, the power box supplies additional power for your event.
Power box: $50 + GST
We have an Epson projector that is suitable for a small presentation. There are HDMI, USB and DVI cable for the projector, and we will provide a table or a cart to set it up on.
Projector: $50 + GST
The TGCA’s Genie lift is available to rent for decorating and other event arrangements. The lift is manual and not a power lift, so please make sure that your decorator is aware this is the case ahead of time. When you rent the lift you may have it until our office staff have left the building (typically at 4:30 pm), as we must have staff on site when the lift is being operated.
