Online registration for the 2026 Craft Fair is now sold out. If you are still interested in a table, please join us tomorrow Sept. 9 for the in-person registration at 9 am for a limited number of tables. More info below.
Calling all crafty folk and savvy entrepreneurs! The TGCA Craft Fair is one of the most beloved events of the year at the TGCA and once again we are offering both online registration as well as in-person for this year’s market event.
The TGCA’s Craft Fair has been operating for decades and our residents have come to anticipate this event as the unofficial kick-off to the holidays. It’s often called the Christmas Craft Sale, as it’s always been a great spot to find some gifts for loved ones before the holidays.
This is a 2-day event and typically very well attended. Our concession is open and offers meals, beverages and snacks, and the TGCA Craft Fair committee will be recruiting bakers to donate seasonal goodies in support of the 2026 Adopt-a-Family at a bake sale as well.
2026 Craft Fair dates/times
Friday, Nov. 13 | 5 pm – 9 pm & Saturday, Nov. 14 | 10 am – 3 pm
Items permitted for sale
The Craft Fair allows vendors of handmade, artisan and personally-crafted items only.
The following items are not permitted in the fair:
- manufactured products (costume jewelry, clothing, toys, etc.)
- multi-level marketing products (Scentsy, Avon, Tupperware, etc.)
- food – home made or otherwise
If you register with these types of items, your fees will be refunded. If you are found to be selling these items at the fair, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund on your registration fees.
Table pricing, availability, location
Vendors have the choice of one or two 3’ x 6’ tables per vendor. Tables are $30 +tax each for both days.
Both the Main Hall and the Thorncliffe Room will be open with vendors this year.
If you have a special request (table location, access to a power outlet, etc.), please include that in the provided space on your registration form. All requests will be considered, however, none are guaranteed.
Fair vendor info
An email will be sent out to all registered vendors 2 weeks prior to the event with setup details/time and vendor guidelines. If you don’t have an email address, you must register in-person, and an info sheet will be provided to you at that time.
Registration options | online or in-person
The craft fair committee is pleased to be able to offer online registration as a convenience to our vendors, however because the system can get overloaded when registration opens, please follow these guidelines:
- If you have a membership account with the TGCA, sign in to it. This will auto-populate your info at checkout and get your table order submitted quicker.
- When you’ve clicked the registration link, review the directions carefully and fill out all the relevant fields in the registration screen.
- If there’s a lag in loading, please wait. The system is processing many orders at once and will bring you to the next screen.
- Your order confirmation may take a few minutes to get to your email inbox. Please be patient.
Vendors please note: vendors are permitted to register for only yourself, so one or two tables per one vendor. This policy is to ensure tables are distributed in as fair a manner as possible and those found to have registered another vendor will have both vendors’ registration canceled and refunded.
