We are committed to providing our members and guests with an outstanding selection of food and beverage services. We can cater for groups of up to 125 people and give you a variety of food choices to complement your event experience at the centre. Trays are available for pickup but all other items are available on site only.
Prices do not include gratuities which will be added on your total when all details are confirmed. Gratuity is 15%.
Minimum order for TGCA catering is for 20 people.
The TGCA does not provide catering in the Main Hall at this time.

For an estimate: Add the items you’d like in the quantity you need to you cart. Review your cart choices in the checkout screen. The estimated total for your catering including tax will be provided there.
To submit an order to our staff: put all the items you’d like in your cart and proceed to checkout screen. Fill in all required information and click required boxes and click on “Request confirmation.” You will receive a confirmation to your provided email and our staff will contact you to discuss all details.

Main course selection
Choose from our main course, starch, vegetable, salad and dessert options. Sides/dessert are included in the price of the meal for all options unless otherwise posted.
Accommodations can be made for any dietary restrictions if needed, please make a note in the checkout section.
Please note that we can provide options not on the menu for sides and dessert for an additional cost per plate.

Trays for Groups
Trays serve approximately 20 or 40 guests. See tray options & prices when you click “add this tray to cart.” Our trays can be ordered and picked up or we can have it ready for you in the space that you’ve booked at the centre.
Home-style Sandwiches and Wraps
An array of fresh fillings including tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad, Alberta roast beef, fresh ham, fresh turkey, and pastrami combined with mayonnaise, mustard and lettuce for a hearty sandwich.
Assorted Meat Tray with Buns & Pickles
Alberta roast beef, turkey, black forest ham, genoa salami and pastrami all attractively displayed and presented with pickles, mustard and mayonnaise.
Vegetable Tray with Dip
Fresh crisp celery sticks, carrot sticks, broccoli spears, cauliflower florets, bright peppers and cucumbers presented with a tasty ranch dip.
Assorted Dessert Tray
An assortment of chocolate brownies, Nanaimo bars, date squares, carrot cake and other various desserts.
Cookie Tray
Chocolate chip, macadamia nut, oatmeal raisin, double chocolate and peanut butter.
Assorted Fresh Fruit Tray
A mouth-watering selection bursting with colour including melons, grapes, pineapple and strawberries.
Assorted Muffin Tray
Flavours include anything from blueberry to chocolate chip.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your catering order no less than 14 days before your scheduled order and receive a refund for your order minus 10% for admin costs.
